Wyoming has no public reporting route.
A review of a driver’s licence can only be started by someone in a defined role — a physician, a law enforcement officer, a court. A member of the public cannot start one, however clearly they saw what happened.
WYDOT states that Driver Services conducts re-examinations of individuals referred by LAW ENFORCEMENT, MEDICAL AND VISION SPECIALISTS, THERAPISTS, OR BASED ON EXAMINER OBSERVATION. The public is not on that list. Wyoming is the fifth no-citizen-route state found, after Alabama, Illinois, Massachusetts and probably South Carolina.

An Erk Score is a plate’s running rating from 0.0 to 5.0, computed from the reports filed against it and weighted by whether the reporter is verified. Endorsements from other drivers are counted on the report itself and do not change the score. Deleted and hidden reports are excluded, so a score only reflects reports currently standing.
A plate with no reports has no score.
