Delete your Jerk Alert account

You can do this from inside the app — You → Settings → Delete account — or right here, without installing anything. We verify the phone number on the account so nobody can delete it but you.

What should happen to your Alerts? Anonymize them. The Alerts stay as a community record, but the tracking account is deleted — your private display name, verification phone number, and votes are erased. Delete everything. Your account and every Alert, Tip of the Hat, and vote you posted are removed.

Email support@jerkalert.org from any address, tell us the display name and roughly when you signed up, and we'll verify another way. We answer within one business day.
